Order Processing
Shipping within the United States typically takes 5-7 business days. Please allow 4-7 days for processing of your order. If you need an item by a specific date, please indicate the date in the notes of your order. If an item is on backorder, we will notify you of the estimated ship date via e-mail. If we are unable to fill your order within 5 business days, we will put in on backorder and we will notify you of the estimated delivery date via e-mail. If you do not respond to the e-mail, we will assume that you want you order to be processed and shipped when it becomes available.

Payment Methods
HawaiianJewelryBox.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We will not charge your credit card until we ship your order unless it is a custom order; in that case your credit card will be charged when the order is placed with our tailors.

Shipping and Handling
Our standard practice is to pack and ship all orders within 2-3 business days of receipt. Depending on your choice of carrier, please allow 5-7 days for delivery.

WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO VERIFIED ADDRESSES.

That means we will only ship to addresses which match the credit card information provided. Sorry, no exceptions.

Important Note For International Customers
Regardless of shipping method, international customers will be responsible for any duties or costs charged by their local customs office. Unfortunately Hawaiian Jewelry Box cannot mark your packaging as a "gift" or intentionally mark down the price of merchandise. To do so would risk losing our license to ship.

NOTE: Please make sure to input the correct shipping address. Customers will be responsible for extra shipping costs incurred should an order be returned to Hawaiian Jewelry Box due to an input error on the customer's part.

Satisfaction Guarantee / Returns
If you are not satisfied with any non-custom-made item (engraved jewelry is considered a custom-made item; everything else is non-custom-made) for any reason, you may return it with the receipt and in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price less a restocking fee of 20%.
